Fish get a raw deal

The Bush administration wants to make it easier for utilities that own hydroelectric dams to get out of their responsibilities to remediate damage to fish stocks and other wildlife caused by the those dams. The Washington Post has excellent coverage which explains that the move is a end run around the energy bill that the administration has been unable to get passed.
